From January to June this year, 12 recruited talents in Kaiyang county have received various subsidies including resettlement allowances and living stipends.

To address the dilemma of "difficult recruitment and even more difficult precise recruitment", Kaiyang human resources and social security bureau proactively shifted its approach. Aligning closely with the county's industrial development layout and public service needs, the bureau conducted a comprehensive survey of talent gaps across enterprises and public institutions, and precisely identified and compiled 171 high-quality positions.

Online, the bureau leveraged the Guiyang Talent Website to build a recruitment platform, posting more than 3,000 jobs to expand talent matching opportunities. Offline, it collaborated with departments like education and health, organizing teams to visit nine major universities for targeted recruitment events and on-campus talent outreach, successfully engaging over 180 young talents interested in employment.

In the first half of this year, 24 urgently needed and scarce master's-level talents in Kaiyang have entered the assessment stage through the platform of the 14th Professionals Convention Guizhou, covering key fields including education, healthcare, agriculture, forestry, water resources, and integrated media.

Kaiyang's human resources and social security bureau has enhanced the talent housing security system by offering two years of free housing to all new recruits. Furthermore, staff members conducted over 10 on-site visits to address questions and assist talents with the subsidy application process.
