Kaiyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine has implemented "Internet + Nursing" services and enhanced service quality.

The hospital's Party committee ensures comprehensive coverage relying on multiple learning channels. The innovative "1+1" contact and guidance mechanism enhances the political stance and discipline awareness of all staff members.

The hospital is prioritizing the balance between Chinese and Western medicine, with a focus on traditional Chinese medicine. It has launched innovative "Internet + Nursing" home services to address the healthcare challenges faced by individuals with mobility issues, while also organizing community medical consultation and traditional Chinese medicine activities. The hospital has also introduced 16 new technologies to enhance diagnostic and service capabilities. It has successfully passed the initial review for its establishment as a "Grade III Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital".

In response to 11 identified issues related to work style and internal management, the hospital has formulated 28 corrective measures and established long-term mechanisms, such as trialing the Employee Reward and Punishment Regulations, revising and improving internal management, and optimizing governance structures.

Through the integration of "learning, doing and reforming", the hospital has strengthened its discipline awareness, advanced service innovation and technological breakthroughs, standardized internal management, and stabilized its political ecology, laying a solid foundation for public health and hospital development.
