Kaiyang develops phosphate ore resource industry

The transformation of the phosphate ore from traditional phosphate fertilizer to lithium iron phosphate powder is a reflection of its integration into "Electric Guizhou".

In recent years, Kaiyang has focused on integrated development to boost industry, strengthen the county, and enrich the people. Relying on its abundance of phosphate ore, Kaiyang is utilizing new technologies to transform traditional industries, developing an industrial chain centered on basic phosphorus chemicals, fine phosphorus-fluorine chemicals, and new energy batteries and materials.

Kaiyang is dedicated to deepening the new energy battery materials industry chain through the four stages of "exploration, allocation, development, and application," converting resource advantages into economic benefits. Exploration has increased phosphate ore reserves by 1.2 billion metric tons, while effective resource allocation has enhanced the efficiency of mining and resource utilization.
