Kaiyang's first short video contest begins

The launching ceremony of the first "Seeking the Beauty of Kaiyang·Meeting in the Selenium Township" short video contest was held on Aug 29 at Qilong Square in Kaiyang county.

The contest aims to showcase Kaiyang's ecological beauty, cultural charm, and unique selenium-rich features through the cameras and creativity of the participants.

The contest started on Sept 1, and will last until Oct 31, inviting short video creators, photography enthusiasts, self-media practitioners, and all those who love Kaiyang from across the country to submit their works.

The content of the works should closely align with the theme "Seeking the Beauty of Kaiyang·Meeting in the Selenium Township" and can be created around various aspects, including Kaiyang's natural scenery, cultural landmarks, selenium-rich cuisine, rural vitalization achievements, and urban development and changes.

The contest offers multiple awards, with generous bonuses and certificates of honor for outstanding creators. Exceptional works will also be exhibited on various media platforms in Kaiyang.
