In the first half of this year, Kaiyang County People's Hospital focused on patient needs and planned to introduce a one-stop convenience service center. With strong support and promotion from the hospital's leadership, the one-stop service center was completed on schedule and has been well-received by patients.
The center offers various services, including medical guidance, convenience services, information inquiries, registration and payment, admissions and discharges, fee statement printing, complaint reception, appointment scheduling, medical certificate stamping, services for disabled patients, and comprehensive services for the elderly.
By integrating functions, optimizing processes, adding equipment, and adjusting service windows, the hospital has unified all business areas related to pre-diagnosis, diagnosis, and post-diagnosis. This allows patients to enjoy convenient one-stop services in the outpatient hall and handle their matters as efficiently as possible.
In the three days since the center's opening, it has handled over 300 cases, including resident health insurance password changes, inquiries about health insurance reimbursement policies, outpatient chronic disease management, and major illness applications.
Additionally, more than 20 birth certificates have been issued, over 40 disability assessments have been conducted, more than 10 other certificates have been issued, and over 50 other inquiries have been received.
