In order to encourage enterprises and talents in Kaiyang county, Guiyang to apply for various talent policies and increase the amount they receive in rewards and subsidies, Kaiyang organized a talent policy briefing for the industrial sector on July 2.
The event was attended by 34 mid-to-senior management personnel from industrial enterprises, and distributed 34 copies of Guiyang's talent policy handbook and the Kaiyang Talent Service Guide.
The briefing provided a detailed explanation of the classification, evaluation, recognition, and support methods for high-level talents at various levels. It carefully analyzed and clarified the applicable targets, application conditions, and procedures laid out in the county's talent policies.
To promote its talent policies, the county talent office insists on a dual approach, both online and in-person, by conducting talent policy briefings through concentrated learning sessions, door-to-door presentations, and online promotions. This has created a comprehensive, multi-level, and widely covered policy publicity system.
So far, Kaiyang has conducted more than 20 talent policy briefings at enterprises and over 10 online promotions.
Moving forward, Kaiyang will continue to enhance the promotion of various policies among talents in all fields and help enterprises better attract talents, providing strong talent and intellectual support for Kaiyang's development.
