They are namely tourism economic development level, government promotion role, comprehensive driving function of the tourism industry, tourism development and environmental protection, tourism facilities and service functions, and tourism quality supervision and market regulation.
Counties ranking in the top 100 were recognized as the National Top 100 Counties for Comprehensive Tourism Strength in 2024. Additionally, counties scoring in the top 100 across 20 indicators in four categories – tourism resource potential, tourism market potential, tourism development benefits, and socio-economic support conditions – were acknowledged as the National Top 100 Counties for Tourism Development Potential in 2024.
