Guizhou Anda Energy Technology Co; Ltd (Anda Technology), a resident enterprise of Kaiyang county in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was officially listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange on March 23.
The enterprise was unlisted from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) on the same day.
The stock code of Anda Technology is "830809", and its issue price is currently 13 yuan ($1.87) per share.
The number of shares already issued is 50 million, and the total amount of funds raised is 650 million yuan. These funds will be used as an investment for a lithium iron phosphate project that is designed to have an output value of 60,000 metric tons per year.
According to Anda Technology's issuance results, 83,400 investors participated in the online issuance, and the frozen funds for online subscriptions amounted to 25.25 billion yuan.
Meanwhile, 172 placement targets managed by 151 offline investors participated in Anda Technology's offline offering. Of which, two public offering funds, including CCB Fund, were finally placed.
After this issuance, based on the total share capital and the issue price, Anda Technology's market value now stands at about 7.95 billion yuan.
It is understood that the enterprise is a manufacturer of lithium battery cathode materials and their precursors.
It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of iron phosphate and lithium iron phosphate.
The lithium iron phosphate produced by the enterprise is used in new energy vehicles and batteries. At present, the enterprise has become one of the main suppliers of many well-known new energy vehicle lithium battery manufacturers, such as BYD and CATL.
As of Sept 30, 2022, Anda Technology had obtained a total of 66 patents, including 18 invention patents and 48 utility model patents.
From 2020 to 2022, the enterprise's revenue increased from 92.61 million yuan to 6.56 billion yuan. In 2022, its revenue hit 6.56 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 315.8 percent, and the company's net profit came in at 811 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 251.52 percent.
