Members sign in for 10th CPPCC Kaiyang meeting

The members of the second meeting of the 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Kaiyang Committee signed attendance forms in Kaiyang county of Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province on March 27.

Over a three-day period from March 28 to 30, a total of 186 members will submit proposals to boost Kaiyang's economic and social development.
