Sea of blooming flowers draws tourists to Kaiyang

Around 1,000 mu (66.67 hectares) of flowers recently came into full bloom in the Nanjing Flower Valley scenic spot in Kaiyang county, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Both the yellow chrysanthemums and blue-purple Mexican sages are in full bloom, forming a colorful, dreamlike scene.

They have drawn the attention of many tourists to the scenic spot.
