Kaiyang company donates virus prevention, control supplies

Kaiyang Agricultural Investment Co, a resident company of Kaiyang county in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has offered aid and donations to help fight the virus.

The Kaiyang company donated 3,624 bottles of mineral water to the 15 virus prevention and control sites in the county's jurisdiction on Sept 5.

Meanwhile, Kaiyang Seguitong Logistics Co, a subsidiary of Kaiyang Agricultural Investment Co, established a transportation fleet composed of seven trucks to ensure supplies during the epidemic.

"The epidemic situation Guiyang is currently severe and complicated, and prevention and control of the epidemic involves thousands of households," said Li Caiyun, secretary of the Party branch of Kaiyang Agricultural Investment Company.

"As a State-owned enterprise, we should fulfill our corporate responsibility to society," Li added.
