A total of 202,500 trips were made to Kaiyang county in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, during this year's Dragon Boat Festival holiday on June 3-5.
A total of 102 million yuan ($15.30 million) in tourism revenue was generated during the three-day holiday.
This year's holiday activities included countryside sightseeing, driving tours and tours of Guiyang's suburbs.

Activities such as hanging wormwood, catching fish, wrapping zongzi and making sachets were organized to entertain tourists and promote traditional culture.
Additionally, locally planted loquats entered ripe season during this year's Dragon Boat Festival, and fruit picking proved popular.
