Five major projects start construction in Kaiyang

A grand groundbreaking ceremony for major projects in the second quarter of this year in Southwest China's Guizhou province was held on May 20.

A total of 360 projects with 205.87 billion yuan ($30.89 billion) in investment will start construction during this period.

Among them, 62 major projects will receive 72.50 billion yuan in investment and be constructed in Guiyang, the provincial capital.

Five projects with a combined 4.48 billion yuan in investment will be built in the city's Kaiyang county.
