Kaiyang tax services obtain good enterprise feedback

Kaiyang county's services on large-scale value-added tax (VAT) credit refunds have already taken effect and obtained positive feedback from local enterprises.

The Kaiyang taxation bureau recently received thank-you letters from Zhongmao Group and Guizhou Shida Energy Co.

The two enterprises expressed sincere gratitude to the local department for helping them get their VATs refunded, and said that the implementation of this new policy has greatly eased their operating pressure.

Since the implementation of the VAT credit policy, Kaiyang has carried out five online training courses and three offline training courses for taxpayers and responded to related queries. Publicity materials have been placed in the tax service hall to comprehensively publicize policies and offer declaration guidance.

The State Council has announced that it will refund VAT credits to micro and small enterprises and self-employed households as general VAT payers across all sectors

VAT credit refunds this year are valued at around 1.5 trillion yuan ($235.56 billion). This is a relief measure that can support businesses directly, will cultivate sources of tax revenue and will meaningfully refine the VAT system.
